Comment comprendre quand on ne sait rien ...

Cette question me revien souvent quand je pence ...
Et meme pk pensé? Les gens ki ont éssyé de me répondre mon simplement dit d'agir tt simplement
mé au final je ne trouve pas le moyen d' agir en conséquence et kand je réfléchis c'est juste pire
alors je finis tout siplement par oublié ...
Est-ce mieux,?je ne sais pas .
mé je constate juste ke j en c tout t autemps qu'au commencement
je n'avance pas ...Y a rien de pire pour moi
Comment j en suis arriver la ...?
